Saturday & Sunday: By reservation, with a minimum order of $1,000.00
Off-hours or special deliveries are available at an additional cost.

Continental Breakfast: 6-person minimum
Hot Breakfast: 10-person minimum
Sandwiches: No minimum
Room Temperature Entrée: 6-person minimum

Placing Order
Orders can be made by calling us at (301)636-3959, service@everfreshcatering.com, on our website, or your favorite online vendor. Please review the accuracy of the invoice and notify us immediately if any changes are needed. The invoice serves as your official confirmation of the order/event, and last-minute change may result in unexpected delays.

Delivery
Drop-off deliveries are scheduled within a 30-minute window during peak hours on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid scheduling conflicts, we recommend placing orders in advance and leaving room to adjust if needed.
For full-service events, set ups are initiated up to 2 hours before the event for setup, depending on the size and requirements of the event.
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather season, cancellations or postponements are accepted up to 3:00 PM the day before the event and Everfresh catering will work with client to reschedule the event without any penalty. Rescheduled events may be increased at additional cost but may not be altered or split into lesser group. Any unused portion will lose its’ value and cannot be reimbursed.
Cancellation (Drop off)
For menu items that require special purchases or preparation, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a full charge for the invoice.
All other drop-off corporate catering orders may be canceled up to 5 p.m. the day before the event without penalty. Cancellations can be made by phone at 301-636-3959 or via email at service@everfreshcatering.com.
Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the invoice.
Cancellation (Event)
Full-service events, including staff, equipment, linens, and other catering services, may be canceled up to 5 business days prior to the event without penalty. Changes to the order are accepted up to 5 days before the event. Decreases in quantity may result in a higher per-person price. Menu items, staff, and equipment may not be reduced or altered less than 3 business days before the event. Cancellations made within 3 business days of the event will result in a 100% charge on the invoice.
Order Dispute - Drop off / Full Service Event
Everfresh Catering strives to provide the best in food and service. However, in the unlikely event that disputes arise due to staff, food, linen, and equipment, the client may reject any of the items/services concerned and request a refund that has not been used or serviced. By accepting /proceeding, it is mutually agreed that service/food is received and served. By accepting a drop-off catering order or initiating a full-service event, the client agrees to these terms and conditions of our service policy. In the case where Everfresh Catering hires an attorney to enforce collection of any outstanding amounts under this contract, the client will be responsible for attorney fees and all other collection expenses, whether a lawsuit is filed, as applicable under law.
Billing & Payment
All in-house credit accounts are due within 30 days (Net 30). We accept company checks and all major credit cards. Payment is due upon receipt.
